In March of this year, board members Benjamin Pipa and Susanne Ganz traveled to Kenya. Kathrin and Rolf Ritter from Steinach on Lake Constance accompanied them. The physician and nurse practitioner brought their diverse experience to the table. The delegation met with the staff of Rhine Valley Hospital.
It was a great pleasure to welcome the board members as our visitors to our facility in the Rhine Valley. It was not only a visit, but also a learning activity as well as care from an experienced medical team.
During the visit from Switzerland, we managed to interact with each other through the basics of each department. We have pointed out some important points that we need to improve. Likewise, we want to congratulate there, as deserved by those involved in the project
With regard to the management of medical records, we have discussed what documentation alternatives are available to us. We want and need to make sure our records are well kept.
We are also proud of our hospital director, Ruth Schäfer. We thank her for her full support.We had a good meeting with our visitors and and concluded it with a nice lunch.
