For a good two weeks, the expedition team was on the road in Kenya and Tanzania to get a picture of Rhine Valley Hospital. Furthermore, the 28-member team tried to reach a large public for the Rheintal hospital project by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and at the same time to collect donations. The participants documented the impressions of their trip on the Internet blog www.hochhinaus.ch using field reports and professionally produced video recordings.

Nachdem wir das Spital in Kasambara-Gilgil schliessen mussten, ergab sich in der Kooperation mit Schilling für Shilling eine neue Chance. Nun möchte ich möglichst vielen Menschen vermitteln, wie der Rheintaler Verein Grosses bewirken und Hoffnung schenken kann.
