The extension to our Medical Center is complete and the first patients have been treated. Examinations that were previously not possible can now be carried out in the new laboratory. A first example shows how much the population in the Matuga region has been waiting for the extension to open. Among other things, we set up a laboratory right next to the outpatient clinic in January.<\/p>\n

\nThis patient here had too little hemoglobin in her blood. The exact value was determined in the laboratory. The results showed that the woman lacked iron. She was given an appropriate infusion as a blood booster and medication against bacterial infections. After the treatment, she was able to go home stronger.<\/p>\n
