It was a wonderful moment for the team when more than 200 patients visited our Medical Centre on Wednesday. For one day, the focus was on people with eye problems and cancer screening.
On Wednesday, our clinic team, led by Violet Maghangha, organised a medical camp. The local population was invited to come to the Rhein Valley Medical Centre for eye examinations and consultations. Serious eye problems were identified in 18 patients. They were referred to a specialist eye centre for further treatment. Others were provided with suitable glasses on the spot, which a delegation from the board had brought back from their trip a few weeks earlier.
