The football pitch is ready despite all the obstacles
Children enjoy running and team sports promote social behavior in the community. So it was only natural to build a football pitch at the Maji Moto school. After initial difficulties, it was completed and, of course, tested.

One of the patients came to the ward with a conspicuous change. This is a fungal infection of the skin on the elbow. It is easily treatable.

Health and prevention for the little ones too
At the beginning of January, the team at the infirmary launched its first health care campaign for mother and child. Women receive support and the babies' development is monitored.

An eventful year comes to an end. A year in which we were able to achieve a great deal. It fills us with gratitude and joy to be able to give the people in Shimba Hills hope and a perspective.

On December 1, our hospital manager Violet Maghanga took up her full-time position at Rhein-Valley Hospital Healthcenter. The number of patients is increasing every day and basic medication is available.
Swimming fun in the water park
It was a special Christmas present. Four to five-year-old children were allowed to visit a swimming pool for the first time.
